The program calculates the energy levels of a valance neutron or proton inside of a square well nuclear potential plus the Coulomb potential of a uniformly charged sphere. The radius of the square well and the sphere is c = r0A1/3. The results listed are for the different values of orbital angular momentum l. Good choices are: 1.1 < r0 < 1.3 and 20 < V0 < 60. The program finds energies between zero and -Estart.
